Valid until availability exhausted. The founding rate applies to your first year only. From your first renewal onwards, the Annual Contribution then published applies — we’ll always give you at least 30 days’ notice if there is a change in the Annual Contribution before it’s charged

You pay when you apply

If we can’t offer you a place — or you change your mind before we decide — we refund you in full.

Your Annual Contribution

Buys access to the Practitioner Benefits. It isn’t refunded if you later choose to leave.

Renewals occur yearly

Stripe (our payment platform) reminds you 7 days before. If you cancel, you stay listed on the Practitioner Directory until the end of the year you’ve paid for or you can delete your profile.

Upholding the Code of Conduct

We ask every practitioner to uphold the Code. Something serious can mean losing your place.

What are your values?

These are the values The Sacred Collective is built on. They guide how we show up for one another, how we hold this community, and how we welcome the people who find their way to us.

Holistic practice should never be lonely work. Meaningful connection — with peers, with clients, with the place we live — is the medicine at the heart of everything we do.

We rise together. We share openly, refer generously, celebrate one another’s gifts, and build a community where everyone’s practice can flourish.

-Authenticity

We show up as we are. We honour truth over performance, depth over polish, and welcome each practitioner exactly as they arrive — humanness and all.

-Respect

Each person is their own authority and has their own wisdom. We respect every practitioner’s path, beliefs, modality, pace, and right to choose what’s true for them.

-Integrity

We do what we say we’ll do — with honesty, care, and accountability. Our directory, our community, and our relationships are built on trust.

The Macedon Ranges is more than where we live — it’s part of who we are. We honour the land, its First Peoples, and our responsibility to the place that holds us.

Is the Collective only for holistic practitioners in the Macedon Ranges?

We will keep the boundary a little loose, but we’re trying to stay as true as we can to supporting the Macedon Ranges community. If you’re just outside of the catchment, still get in touch with us as we’re happy to discuss further.

Do I fall into the category of ‘holistic practitioner’?

Holistic practice is a broad and growing world. In general, it covers modalities that work with the whole person — body, mind, spirit, energy, story — rather than treating symptoms in isolation. If you’re not sure whether your modality fits — or you offer something that isn’t on this list in the registration form — reach out to us. We’d love to talk.

What’s expected of me when I join?

Having a place in the Collective is built on goodwill, not red tape — we don’t ask you to clock in or hit attendance targets. What we do ask is:

That you uphold our Community Code of Conduct, treating fellow practitioners, their clients, and the wider community with integrity, kindness and respect.
That you keep your directory profile current, so the people searching for you find accurate information.
That you hold appropriate qualifications and, if deemed necessary, insurance for your modality, and represent your work honestly.
That you refer ethically and respectfully when it’s the right thing for a client.
That you operate within the Macedon Ranges (and let us know if that changes so we can discuss)
That you engage with the community in whatever way feels right for you — turning up to events when you can, contributing to conversations, celebrating your peers, and asking for help when you need it.

This is a co-created community. What you get out of it tends to reflect what you put in — but there’s no minimum required to belong. Come as you are, and stay at the pace that suits your life.

Can I join if I also practice allied health or mainstream medicine?

Absolutely — many wonderful holistic practitioners come from allied health backgrounds, and you’re warmly welcome.

The Sacred Collective is built around practitioners working in the holistic and complementary space, so what matters is that the modalities you’d list with us reflect that side of your practice. A physiotherapist who also offers craniosacral therapy or somatic work, for example, would join us through their holistic offerings while continuing their physio practice separately. A psychologist who runs breathwork journeys, a nurse who facilitates women’s circles, an occupational therapist who works with energy healing — all of these blends are beautifully welcome.

Could another region have a Sacred Collective?

Yes — we’re very open to it. The Sacred Collective began in the Macedon Ranges, but the model is designed to be carried into other communities where it might serve.
