The Sacred Collective is a values-led community of holistic practitioners across the Macedon Ranges. These agreements describe how we show up — for one another, for our clients, and for the wider community we serve. They are living agreements that keep our shared space safe, trustworthy, and warm. By becoming a Practitioner of The Sacred Collective, you commit to upholding these agreements — and to coming back to them often.
We come as we are
You’re welcome here in your humanness. There is no expectation to be polished, healed, certain, extroverted, or perpetually “in flow.” We honour truth over performance, and value depth over polish.
We honour sovereignty
Each person is their own authority. We respect every practitioner’s path, beliefs, and pace — and their right to choose what’s true for them. Spiritual or healing perspectives are never imposed — not on fellow members, not on clients, not on the wider community.
We communicate with care
Honesty, kindness, and accountability sit at the heart of how we speak with one another. We use “I” language where we can, listen as deeply as we speak, and assume good intent until we have reason not to.
We hold confidentiality
What’s shared inside the Collective — in events, in conversations, in the members’ community — stays inside the Collective, unless explicit permission is given. Personal stories, vulnerabilities, and sensitive information are held with care.
We practise with integrity
We represent our work honestly, hold the qualifications appropriate to our modality, and stay within our scope of practice. We are transparent in our offerings, our pricing, and our claims — and we never use spiritual language to bypass accountability.
We refer with care
When a client’s needs are better served by another practitioner — inside or outside the Collective — we refer generously and without ego. Referrals are made in the client’s best interest, never to chase reciprocity or commission.
We don’t pitch where we belong
Members are warmly welcomed; they are not marketing leads. We don’t slide into DMs with offers, drop links unprompted, or pursue fellow members as clients without invitation. Trust is the currency of this community — we protect it.
We rise together
We celebrate one another’s wins, share opportunities openly, and choose collaboration over competition wherever we can. The success of one practitioner lifts us all.
We welcome difference
We honour diverse identities, cultures, spiritual paths, family structures, life experiences, and modalities. Discrimination, harassment, hate speech, and exclusionary behaviour have no place here.
We honour place
We hold reverence for the land that holds us — Dja Dja Wurrung, Wurundjeri, and Taungurung country — and for the First Peoples who have cared for it for millennia. We carry the responsibility of living, working, and gathering here with respect.
We move at the pace of consent
Consent applies to physical touch, emotional processing, healing practices, photography, sharing personal information, and offering unsolicited advice. A clear and respected “no” is sacred.
We grow through repair
Conflict and misunderstanding will sometimes arise — we are human. When they do, we lean toward accountability, curiosity, and repair, rather than blame or avoidance. We are not aiming for perfection; we are aiming for honest, evolving relationship.
