If you live in the Macedon Ranges, you’d be amazed by how many holistic practitioners are quietly working away around you…kinesiologists, naturopaths, bodyworkers, energy workers, intuitive guides, meditation teachers, herbalists, breathworkers, holistic coaches and so many others. So quietly, in fact, that sometimes we can be hard to find.
Most of us work alone from home studios, from treatment rooms tucked down country roads, from cleaned-out spare rooms nobody’s seen before (yep, us too!). We juggle it all without colleagues to bounce ideas off, without easy ways for the people who need us to find us, and without the kind of nurturing community a lot of us quietly long for.
The Sacred Collective was born to change that.

Who are we?
We’re three local women — Jacqui, Kimberly and Sarah — who kept noticing the same thing. We are you, by the way. The three of us are practitioners ourselves, working from our own little corners, navigating our own quiet isolation. This isn’t something we built for someone else. It’s something we built because we wished it existed for us.
We see beautiful holistic work happening all across the ranges, and how hard it is for that work to find its people. We see practitioners working alone when they could be working alongside one another. We went looking for local services and struggled to find them, even though we knew they were there — small posters and flyers dotted across noticeboards, in shop windows, at the bottom of search pages.
And in our own lives, we’d each felt the magic of what happens when likeminded people choose collaboration over competition. Mostly because competition is exhausting — and working together is much more fun.
So we built the thing we wished existed.
What we’re here to do
The Sacred Collective is a community made up of holistic practitioners, for holistic practitioners, across the Macedon Ranges. A place to come together, share knowledge, exchange referrals, learn from and with one another, and remember you’re not alone in this work.
We host regular gatherings for connection and learning. We hold a public Practitioner Directory — designed to be found, across multiple platforms, by the people who are actively looking for someone like you. And underneath all of that, we hold a steadfast conviction that when practitioners stop working in isolation, something remarkable happens — for them, and for everyone they serve.
No one should have to leave the Ranges to find what they need — whether that’s a practitioner who can help them heal, or a community that speaks their language.
We’re so glad you’re here.
Meet our team
The founding practitioners speak your language because we all work in the field.

Jacqui Honeycombe
Human Design, Couples Coaching, Life Ceremony Practitioner
Jacqui grew up at the base of the Macedon Ranges and, after meeting her life partner in 2020, returned to find their forever home in Woodend in 2024. Jacqui studied Newlife Reiki Seishim with Barbara Stone in 2002 and, feeling the draw to further studies, completed Shinpiden Reiki III (Master) certification with the International House of Reiki later that year. After Carolyn Myss’ Sacred Contracts work drew her into the world of Archetypes, she studied personalised archetypal chart readings with Barbara Stone. Now embarking on a journey of certification with Ignite Her Human Design, Jacqui brings 24 years of evolution and discovery into her work with women (and a few good men), couples, and families — co-creating spaces for growth and success.
I’ve always felt at home in the Ranges, its deep peace has given me the space and support needed to leave my corporate past behind and embrace the deep call to serve others.

Kimberly Ward
Kinesiologist, Quantum Coach, Reiki Practitioner
Kimberly began her adventure into the realms of energy work at the age of 16, when she completed her first Reiki certification. She quickly realised there was far more to life than she had been led to believe, sparking a deep fascination with the energetic structure of our bodies and the world around us. Her curiosity led her to explore a wide range of healing modalities, eventually guiding her to kinesiology. Now a certified ICPKP Kinesiologist, Quantum Coach and Reiki practitioner, Kimberly is dedicated to supporting others on their journey to holistic wellness. Her work blends the science of the body with the intelligence of energy and consciousness, offering a powerful, heart-led approach to healing and transformation.
The Ranges feel like a cozy little sanctuary hidden away from the city. I love waking up to the incredible mountain backdrop, watching the seasons change and supporting the community through my practice.

Sarah Katsavos
Tanran Reiki Master, humans and animals
Sarah Katsavos is the founder of Reiki Bean and a Reiki Master practitioner in the Usui and Tanran lineages, working with both people and animals from her home studio in Mount Macedon. She came to Reiki during a difficult chapter of her life — and found in it something that quietly changed everything. That experience shapes how she practises: gently, intuitively, without ever assuming to know what someone else’s healing should look like. Sarah travels around the Ranges offering Mini Reiki Sessions, co-hosting meditations and has also developed her own way of combining the Reiki energy with the written word to produce Soul Letters; personal, intuitive letters written for people offering guidance and insights.
I love doing this work in the Macedon Ranges — the land and the mountain hold such a beautiful, grounding energy already. My practice gets to build gently on top of it. How lucky we are to live here.
Our Values
These are the values The Sacred Collective is built on. They guide how we show up for one another, how we hold this community, and how we welcome the people who find their way to us.
Community
Holistic practice should never be lonely work. Meaningful connection — with peers, with clients, with the place we live — is the medicine at the heart of everything we do.
Collaboration over competition
We rise together. We share openly, refer generously, celebrate one another’s gifts, and build a community where everyone’s practice can flourish.
Authenticity
We show up as we are. We honour truth over performance, depth over polish, and welcome each practitioner exactly as they arrive — humanness and all.
Respect
Each person is their own authority and has their own wisdom. We respect every practitioner’s path, beliefs, modality, pace, and right to choose what’s true for them.
Integrity
We do what we say we’ll do — with honesty, care, and accountability. Our directory, our community, and our relationships are built on trust.
Reverence for place
The Macedon Ranges is more than where we live — it’s part of who we are. We honour the land, its First Peoples, and our responsibility to the place that holds us.
